Modern 3BR in Upper Manhattan
This three bedroom charmer is designed with comfort and style in mind ideally accommodating up to six people. The apartment benefits from open plan living room, a full kitchen and a bathroom. A smart TV, free access to wireless internet and a washer/dryer and dishwasher round up the benefits our apartment provides.
The bedrooms:
The master suite with a queen-size bed is teaming up with two comfy bedrooms providing perfect sleeping options for our guests. Elegantly styled in soft tones an textures, the bedrooms are equipped with comfortable mattresses ensuring a good night's rest.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is well-appointed with a refrigerator, a stove-top, a dishwasher, a washing machine, oven, and a coffee machine. You will also find the cabinets stocked with all the cookware, dishware, and utensils needed to whip up an easy meal.
Living room:
The living area has a Smart TV and a comfortable sofa. Log into your Netflix, Hulu, or HBO and watch TV and relax after a long day.
Bathroom:
The bathroom has a shower, along with a basin and toilet. Enjoy the plush towels and toiletries provided. The bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner, and soap upon arrival.
- If you wish to cancel a Reservation you will be able to do so by providing us with a cancellation notice via e-mail.
- You will be entitled for a full refund of the Base Fees if your cancellation request is made within forty-eight (48) hours after our Confirmation Notice. If you cancel within five days of your check in date, the first night is not refundable, but 50% of the nightly rate for the remaining nights will be refunded.
- If you arrive and decide to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation notice is received by us, will be refunded.
- If you repeatedly cancel reservations that were confirmed by us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion.
